Hello folks!
Tonight, I want to post about the resume one of books that I’ve ever read. The title is . When I first saw this book, I was interested with the title. So I decided to bought this book.
Overall, this book tells us about how to be a good leader who n only motivated by the material things such as getting the company’s name out there, received thanks and recognition, and the chance to get something in return or to gain an advantage. Nowadays, people often see business are a choice between being kind and being successful. This is a flictious trade-off. To be successful in the ever-changing and ever-competitive global marketplace, you may need many things: determination, well-articulated goals, and a bit of luck. In this book, Kristin brings us another factor that needed by the professionals to achieve their goals, KINDNESS!
Kristin asks us to make a kindness become a businnes asset. Because, kindness not only helps others, it also helps us to be a successful as we want to be. This book shows us how to develop ‘kindness capital’. Kindness, coupled with other professional skills and abilities, enables individual professionals to make their career goals and aspirations happen. It will set us on the course to having the things we want and being the person we want to be.
Kristin tells us about 5 powerful tools for developing kindnes capital make such results possible:
1. The power of REPUTATION: building a strong caring reputation
2. The power of RECIPROCITY: giving and garnering reciprocal kindnesses and favors from others
3. The power of PERSONALITY: learning to be someone that others like
4. The power of THANKS: being appreciative of others
5. The power of CONNECTING: connecting with others and building a strong network.
When you use the 5 powers, you raise the level of kindness capital all around you, she said.

Do good and do well are the keys to do a good bussiness. Lack of kindness costs businesses, well, business. You should simultaneously care about and respect others while at the same time enjoying and appreciating the ways in which they can benefit you.
Not only about the theory of being kind-business-one, but Kristin also shows us many quotes from the famous and success-business-man who have already applied the kindness as a capital.
From this book, I learned so many things that there are not only profit or others material things around business but we need kindness to succeeding in business.
It’s enough from me. I hope you’ll also get the advantages from Kristin’s book through my resume.
Night folks!
